摘要
该文对历史文化名城整体环境主要保护内容作了界定对整体保护、改造与发展的关系作了论述；并对历史文化名城的生态系统与自然形象的保护提出了看法认为“以人为本”才是保护历史文化名城的主旋律。
This poper limits the main contents of whole environment protection for famous history-culture city,describes the relationship between whole protection and alteration and development, And it provides the conceptions about the protections of zoology system and natural appearance. It is concluded that 'human is essence' is the top rhythm of protection history-culture city.
