武汉近代里分住宅研究

以往关于武汉近代里分住宅的研究，仅有部分零散文章，且多沿用上海的“里弄”之名称。该文以近代武汉的主要住宅建筑类型──里分住宅为研究对象，历史地分析了近代里分住宅的发展过程、里分和里分住宅的类型及其特点；从平面布局、结构、装饰与细部、居住形态等几个方面阐述了武汉近代里分住宅的特征对于近代历史地段的保护与更新以及发展具有武江地方性的现代住宅设计；都有着重要的理论研究价值和现实意义。
