摘要
21世纪以来,美国在页岩气开发上的成功,在全球范围内掀起了一股争相开发页岩气的热潮。各国均希望通过开发国内的页岩气资源,提升本国的能源自给率,改变目前的世界能源格局。我国有着丰富的页岩气资源,也具备较为完整的天然气生产基础设施。2011年以来,我国在页岩气开发进程上明显加速,页岩气开发成为我国下一个能源战略重点。根据美国页岩气开发的成功经验,分析了页岩气开发在我国面临的种种机遇、困难和风险,进而从技术、资金、人员和政策等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
Since 21st century,with the America's success in the development of the shale gas,a global upsurge of the development of the shale gas was triggered.Countries wanted to improve the energy self-sufficiency rate and change the current pattern of world energy through the development of domestic shale gas resources.China had rich shale gas resources and complete natural gas infrastructures.Since 2011,the development of the shale gas speeded up apparently,which was becoming the next energy strategic emphasis in China.The opportunities and risks faced by China in the development of the shale gas were analyzed on the basis of the American experience of development achievements for the shale gas.Further more,suggestions on technique,finance,personnel,and policy were also put forward.
