肌钙蛋白Ⅰ、肌红蛋白、缺血修饰白蛋白在急性心肌梗死诊治中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)这3种生化指标在急性心肌梗死诊治中的应用价值。方法:对胸痛发作后70例心肌梗死患者定量检测血浆cTnⅠ、Mb、IMA浓度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:急性心肌梗死患者cTnⅠ、Mb、IMA浓度和对照组比较均显著升高(P<0.05),峰值时间cTnⅠ(8.6±2.9)h,Mb(8.0±2.2)h,IMA(4.3±2.2)h。结论:cTnⅠ、Mb、IMA的检测对急性心肌梗死有临床意义,其中Mb在AMI发生后升高较早,灵敏性较高;cTnⅠ半衰期较长,特异性及灵敏度较高;IMA升高最早,灵敏度高。
