闸北区天目西社区居民高血压病健康筛查研究

Study on the screening of hypertension in Tianmuxi community of Zhabei district,Shanghai

目的:了解闸北区天目西街道居民高血压患病情况,为制定高血压社区干预计划提供依据。方法:采用系统抽样方法,对社区4107位居民实施身高、体重和血压的测量,检测空腹血糖和4项脂代谢指标,并进行统计分析。结果:健康筛查检出高血压患者866例,检出率达21.09%;患高血压病的居民在BMI、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白等实验室结果与血压正常的居民相比较,差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应加强对社区高血压病患者的血糖、血脂以及BMI值得监测,并尽早进行社区综合防治干预,以便延缓高血压病进程及降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective：To learn the prevalence of hypertension in the community residents in Tianmuxi Community to provide the basis for the development and implementation of the community hypertension control and prevention measures.Method：The systematic sampling methods were used.The height,weight,and blood pressure of 4107 residents were measured and fasting blood glucose and four indicators of lipid metabolism were examined in laboratory.Results：866 hypertensive patients were checked out and the detective rate is 21.09%.The BMI,fasting glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol,HDL and LDL values and blood pressure of hypertensive patients had the significant difference with healthy people（P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）.Conclusion：The screening in community health centers is the effective way to early detect hypertension patients.The monitoring of glucose,lipids and BMI values of the community hypertensive patients should be strengthened.The community-based comprehensive prevention and treatment intervention should be carried out as soon as possible to delay the process and reduce the incidence of complications of hypertension.
