摘要
在混凝土中掺入体积率分别为0.09%、0.05%的钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维得到混杂纤维混凝土,试验确定了混杂纤维混凝土与普通混凝土的基本参数,利用混凝土地铁管片的数值模拟方法和试验所得参数研究了混凝土地铁管片的力学性能,分析比较了有限元模拟得到的结果。结果表明:在同等条件下,混杂纤维混凝土地铁管片的承载能力高于普通混凝土地铁管片,同时也验证了用该数值模拟法研究混凝土地铁管片性能的可行性。
By mixing the steel fiber by volume ratio of 0.09% and polypropylene fiber by volume ratio of 0.05%, hybrid fiber subway concrete is prepared. The material parameters of the subway concrete and plain concrete are obtained by experiment. Then, combining with the experimental parameters, mechanical properties of the two concrete segments are researched using numerical simulation method. The research results indicate that the bearing performance of hybrid fiber concrete subway segments is higher than that of plain concrete segments, which is agree with the experimental results, and the numerical simulation method for analyzing the performance of concrete subway segments is feasible.
