摘要
研究了不同陶瓷抛光渣掺量对加气混凝土料浆发气与稠化过程的影响,并探讨了某磺酸盐类外加剂对大掺量陶瓷抛光渣料浆性能的改善作用。结果表明,陶瓷抛光渣取代粉煤灰的量在30%以内时,对料浆发气、稠化及水料比影响较小;外加剂可改善料浆的稠化过程,但对发气过程不利。
The effects of the quantities of ceramic polishing slag on the gasing and consistency process of aerated concrete are studied, and the performance improvement of the sulphonate additive for the high quantity ceramic polishing slag is discussed. The results show that when the amount of the ceramic polishing slag is less than 30%, there is less impact on the slurry gasing, consistency and water-solid ratio. The additive has positive effect on the slurry consistency process, while it has negative effect on gasing process.
