Detection of Chloramphenicol in Cleanser Quickly with ELISA Method

建立洗洁精中氯霉素检测方法(酶联免疫法)。该方法使用乙酸乙酯提取,过Oasis HLB小柱净化,洗脱溶解后用缓冲液定容,荷兰氯霉素检测试剂盒检测,在1～10μg/kg浓度范围内,该方法回收率为77%～119%,检测限为1μg/kg。

The aim of the reseach is to establish the procedure of detection of chloramphenicol in cleanser （ELISA Method）. The chlo- ramphenicol in cleanser was drawn by ethyl acetate, purified through Oasis HLB columella. After being eluted and dissolved, the liquid was constantly volumed and detected using Chloramphenicol Elisa made in Netherlands. The recovery rate was 77%-119% in the range of 1-10 μg/kg. The limit of detection was 1 μg/kg.
