我国流通服务业自主创新系统构建及运行机制研究

The Independent Innovation System and Its Operating Mechanism in Chinese Distribution Service Industry

随着世界经济一体化的发展,自主创新能力的提高成为增强流通服务业整体竞争能力,进而充分发挥其对国家竞争能力支撑作用和对国家安全保护作用的重要途径。文章在界定流通服务业自主创新内涵的基础上,提出流通服务业自主创新系统是一个由各类流通企业、政府、高校和科研机构、中介机构、以及金融机构所组成的动态开放系统,并详尽分析了该系统的运行机制以及系统运行中各主体和要素的自主创新行为。

With the development of integration of the world economy, the improvement of independent innovation competency has been the key to enhance the entire competitive ability of Chinese distribution service industry. On the basis of defining the connotation of independent innovation in distribution service industry, the author argues that the independent innovation system is an open dynamic system composed of distribution enterprises, government, universities, research institutions, intermediary agencies and financial institutions. The operating mechanism of this system has been elaborated also. Further more, the main activities of distribution enterprises, the government, universities, research institutions, intermediary agencies and financial institutions are described in details.
