摘要
文章利用Moran I指数对我国1997-2010年31个省市的FDI和工业污染排放物的空间集聚效应和空间辐射效应进行了分析。结果表明:FDI和工业污染排放物都具有显著的空间集聚效应,高集聚型省市主要集中在东部地区,而低低集聚型省市主要集中在西部地区。从空间辐射角度看,FDI的高高集聚型省市主要集中在东部沿海区域,而工业污染排放物的高高集聚型省份主要集中在长江以北的东部地区,二者的低低集聚区域主要为西部省份。对此,文章提出要提高引资标准和引资质量,提高中心城市吸引外资空间辐射能力的政策建议。
In this paper, the author uses Moran I index to analyze the spatial agglomeration effect and spatial radiation effect of FDI and industrial pollution emissions of 31 provinces and cities from 1997 to 2010. The results show that FDI and industrial pollution emissions have significant spatial agglomeration effect. High-High centralization provinces mainly locate in eastern regions, and Low-Low convergent provinces mainly locate in western regions. From the perspective of spatial radiation effect, High-High centralization provinces of FDI mainly locate in the eastern coast. However, High-High centralization provinces of industrial pollution emissions mainly locate in the eastern areas of the north Yangtze Delta. These Low-Low convergent provinces mainly locate in the western areas. Therefore, the paper proposes increasing the standard and quality of the investment and improving the spatial radiation effect of central cities.
