摘要
为充分开发利用大葱资源,通过IR、1H-NMR、EI-MS及化学方法,对大葱中的化学成分进行了分析鉴定,结果从中得到7种首次从大葱中获得的化学成分:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、胡萝卜苷(daucoste-rol)、槲皮素(quercetin)、芦丁(rutin)、山奈酚(kaempferol)、黄芩苷(baicalin)和葡萄糖(glucose)。
To fully developing and utilizing Alliumfistulosum (L.) var. giganteum resources, the chem- ical constituents in Allium fistulosum ( L. ) var. giganteum were determined and identified by IR, 1H - NMR, EI - MS and chemical methods. Seven compounds were obtained from the Alliumfistulosum ( L. ) var. gigan- teum plants. They were β - sitosterol ( Ⅰ ), daucosterol ( Ⅱ), quercetin ( Ⅲ ), rutin ( Ⅳ ), kaempferol ( Ⅴ ), baicalin ( Ⅵ) and glucose (Ⅶ).
