摘要
综述了高效液相色谱、薄层色谱、毛细管电泳、电化学生物传感器等主要检测技术在水产品生物胺检测中的研究进展,介绍了生物胺的形成及抑制机理,探讨了该领域存在的问题,并展望了未来的研究前景。
The recent progress of main techniques for detecting biogenic amine in aquatic products was summarized. These techniques included HPLC, TLC, EC and electrochemical biosensor, etc. Furthermore, the formation and inhibition mechanisms of biological amine were introduced, and the present problems in this domain were analyzed. Finally, its research was prospected.
