On the Contribution of Social Capital in Industrial Technological Innovation Alliance

以产业技术创新联盟为重要组织形式,构建企业、大学、研究机构共同参与的协同创新网络。从罗伯特.普特南对社会资本的定义出发,围绕着信任、规范、网络这三个方面,分析产业技术创新联盟中社会资本的表现,探讨社会资本对于产业技术创新联盟发展的正负效应,提出提升社会资本贡献度的政策建议。

To achieve the ＂win-win＂ goal, and considering Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance as an important organizational form, building a collaborative innovation networks that companies, universi- ties and research institutions all participate in is the only way of enterprises and universities to seek for sur- vival and healthy development in the new social and economic environment. The article based on Robert Putnam＇s definition of social capital, From trust, norms and networks these three aspects to analyze the performance of social capital in the Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance, and explore the positive and negative effects of social capital for the Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance＇s development, then put forward some policy recommendations how to enhance the contribution degree of social capital.
