摘要
采用恒速型双筒毛细管流变仪,研究了炭黑用量对牌号为T 2003和2305的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)流变性能的影响及其机理。结果表明,填充炭黑后,T 2003和2305混炼胶的挤出物外观比生胶有明显改善,这是因为炭黑不仅能稳定口模入口区的流场,且能减弱熔体/口模壁的界面相互作用。剪切速率达到临界值时,2305混炼胶胶料与管壁的界面状态发生突变;在高剪切速率下,2305混炼胶在炭黑用量为30份和50份时出现类似"第2光滑挤出现象"。随炭黑用量的增加,2种混炼胶的挤出胀大比均减小,而网络结构含量均增加。
The effects of carbon black amount on the rheological properties of solution polymerized sty- rene-butadiene rubber ( SSBR T 2003 and 2305 ) were studied by a constant speed double-capillary rheometer. The results showed that the extrudate ap- pearance of the compounds of T 2003 and 2305 was apparently improved after filling carbon black, be- cause carbon black could not only stabilize the flow field at the die entrance, but also relieve the interac- tion between melt and pipe wall. The flow curves of the 2305 compounds discontinued at the criticalshear rate, and the curve gradient changed, which indicated that the interface state changed suddenly. The second smooth extrusion zone occurred at high shear rate when the 2305 compound was filled with 30 phr or 50 phr carbon black. With the increase of carbon black amount, both die swell ratios of SSBR T 2003 and 2305 compounds decreased, while the network contents both increased
