摘要
介绍了催化裂化装置分馏塔顶油气冷却系统改造中采用板式空气冷却器代替原斜顶翅片管式空冷器的情况,改造时增设4台U型管热交换器与炼油厂三低温热水进行换热。改造后系统换热效果较好,系统压降、气压机的负荷降低,减少了装置的能耗。
The fractionator overhead cooling system of catalytic cracking unit is introduced, which used plate air-cooled cooler instead of the original inclined top fin tube type air cooler. Four additional sets of U type tube heat exchangers were added in modification, working together with three low temperature hot water heat exchangers. After the transformation of the system, better heat transfer effect was obtained, the system pressure drop and pressure machine load were re- duces, and the energy consumption of the unit as well.
