摘要 利用RBRVS(Resource-based relative value scale)评估系统建立以工作量为核心的绩效考核体系,实行新的奖金分配制度,医护员工的积极性得到提高,可控制成本明显减少,医院综合效益明显提升。 The article expounds the establishment of a performance appraisal system with work load as the core by leveraging the RBRVS (Resource- based relative value scale) assessment system. The new performance appraisal system has already improved the enthusiasm of the staff and controlled the cost significantly.
