摘要
目的探讨口腔科护士在新疆多民族地区构建和谐医护患关系方面的作用。方法将口腔科160名患者按就诊先后顺序分为实验组和对照组2组,每组各80人。试验组采用人性化交流和沟通方法对患者进行沟通和交流并治疗护理。对照组按照常规流程治疗和护理,由不参与试验的护士发放问卷,调查满意度和预约复诊情况并统计,作χ2检验。结果 2组患者满意度和预约复诊率比较,P值均<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论转变护理服务理念,掌握和运用好人性化沟通交流艺术,对构建和谐医、护、患关系起到很重要的作用,能提高患者的满意度和复诊率。
Objective To discuss dental nurses' role in building a harmonious doctor-nurse-patient relationship in ethnic minority areas. Methods 160 cases in Department of Stomatology were divided into two groups according to the visit time. There were respec- tively 80 cases in the experimental group and control group. Customized communication was adopted to treat patients in experimental group. Routine treatment and nursing were carried out for patients in the control group. Questionnaires were handed out by nurses who took no part in the experiment. The satisfaction degree and appointments for follow up visit were registered and analyzed by X2 test. Re- suits Compare the patients' satisfaction degree and appointments for follow up first, P 〈 0.01, and the difference had statistical sig- nificance. Conclusions It plays an important role in building harmonious doctor-nurse-patient relationship to change nursing concep- tion, master and apply well customized communication, which will improve patients'satisfaction degree and rate of further consultation.
