串珠素在骨骼肌神经支配恢复过程中的作用
摘要
串珠素(perlecan)是硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖(heparan sulphate proteoglycan,HSPG)家族中的一种,作为一种蛋白多糖,它广泛分布于细胞膜与细胞外基质中。许多研究表明,串珠素广泛参与上皮生长粘附、运动终板的恢复以及软骨的形成。本文就串珠素在骨骼肌神经支配恢复过程的作用作一综述。
