摘要
对聚氨酯背部发泡汽车内饰地毯总成生产工艺和设备进行了介绍,并重点介绍了背部发泡用聚氨酯组合料的要求和模塑泡沫的性能要求,并对今后的发展方向进行了探讨。
The assembly production technology and equipment of the polyurethane back foaming carpet for automotive interior are introduced. The requirements of polyurethane blends for back foaming and the performance requirements of the molded foam are emphatically described. The future development directions are also discussed.
