摘要
根据企业资源计划(ERP)软件选型的决策过程及特点,将层次分析法(AHP)应用到选型过程中,通过归纳有关ERP软件评标的各个因素,建立层次结构模型。采用AHP对选型因素进行综合分析,从而探索出ERP软件选型的一种科学方法。同时设计开发了基于AHP的ERP软件评标系统,使复杂的定量评标过程简单化,可操作性强。
According to the decision-making process and characteristics of the ERP software selection, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to the selection process. Each factors of relevant ERP software evaluation are listed, aiming to establish the hierarchy structure model. By using analytic hierarchy process to select and analyze the factors synthetically, a scientific way to select ERP software is explored. Meanwhile, the new evaluation system is developed based on the AHP and ERP evaluation system. This new evaluation system will change the complex evaluation process more easily and operably.
