摘要
根据齿轮啮合原理,基于MASTA建立了齿轮传动系统模型。在对齿轮进行模拟装配后,利用MASTA的微观修形模块对齿轮进行了修形分析,得到了齿轮修形前后的传递误差图、振幅以及接触斑点分布图。将修形前后的各图进行对比后发现,齿面接触面积和接触偏载情况均得到明显改善,传递误差明显减小,验证了基于MASTA对齿轮进行微观修形的有效性。表明通过MASTA,可对齿轮齿面微观修形参数进行合理设计和优化,可有效改善齿轮传动时的齿面偏载,减小齿面接触应力,提高齿轮副的传动质量和承载能力。
According to the principle of gear engagement, the solid model of gear system is built based on MASTA. After the simulation assembly of gear, the analysis of gear modification is done by using the gear micro geometry module of the MASTA software. The transmission error chart, amplitude and the contact spot distribution maps are obtained through the comparison between before and after the modification. The results show that the gear surface's contact area and the partial load conditions improve obviously, and the transmission error is reduced significantly, thus, the effectiveness of gear micro modification is verified. It is indicated that using MASTA for the reasonable design and optimization of gear micro geometry can improve the tooth surface slanting load, reduce the contact stress and increase the transmission quality and bearing capacity of gear pair.
