摘要
随着高铁与城市轨道交通的发展,如何能够在保证高速、安全、舒适的前提下,提高轨下弹性垫板的产品质量和使用寿命,降低轮轨动力效应,成为轨道建设和管理部门非常关注的问题。文中所阐述了采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料制造的微孔轨下垫板的性能指标,为今后轨道交通的设计和选型提供了依据。
With the development of high-speed rail and urban rail transit, it is great concerned by the authority of rail construction how to improve the quality and service life of the elastic rail pad and reduce the wheel-rail dynamic effect on the premise insuring fast, safe and comfortable. This paper described performance index of rail pad developed by microcellular form molding technology using thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, which provides the research experimental base for the selection during the rail transit design in the future.
