摩擦纺纱旋流输送装置的纤维适应性研究

摘要 针对现有摩擦纺纱装置在纤维输送和凝聚方面的缺点,本文基于摩擦纺纱旋流输送的原理,研究了纱线、纤维的长度和细度对伸直平行效果的影响,通过与传统输送装置的输送凝聚效果及纤维适应性进行对比实验,结果表明,此新型装置对20~40mm的纱线和20~50mm的纤维适应性最好,棉纱线的伸直平行率要小于纤维的伸直平行率,说明此新型装置对纤维的适用性要优于纱线。该装置能使纤维最终达到与尘笼轴线平行凝聚的效果,且达到了纺高支纱的目的。 Based on the principles of friction-spinning hydrocyclone-delivery, fiber length and fineness are researched on unbend and parallel effects because of fiber delivery and agglomerate shortcomings of tradi- tional delivery device . After compared with traditional delivery device, it shows that this new device is bet- ter for 20 to 40 mm yarns and 20 to 50 mm fibers. Namely the parallel rate of cotton yarn is less than that of fiber,and this indicates that the applicability of this new device is superior for fiber. This device can keep fiber parallel agglomerate with dust cage axis, and reach the purpose of producing the thin yarn.
