骨桥蛋白(OPN)与结肠肿瘤关系的研究进展

Research progress in association between osteopontin(OPN) and colon tumor

近年来,大量研究发现骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在结肠肿瘤的发展及转移过程中起到重要作用,因此OPN有望为结肠肿瘤早期诊断、复发和预后判断提供新的指标,亦有望成为防治肿瘤及肿瘤转移的潜在靶点。本文结合近几年文献,对OPN在结肠肿瘤发生发展中所起的作用及其在结肠癌诊断治疗方面潜在的临床价值作一综述。

In recent years, numerous studies found that osteopontin expression （OPN） in colon tumor plays an important role in tumor progression and metastasis. It is expected that OPN could be used as a new indicator in early diagnosis of colon cancer,recurrence and prognosis. It is also potential that OPN could be used to treat tumors and prevent tumor metastasis. Baseel on literatures of recent years,this review explained the contribution of OPN in the tumorigenesis and development of colon tumor,also revealed the clinical potentiality of OPN in the diagnosis and therapy of colon tumor. We hope this review would be helpful for the further discovery of the potential value of OPN On colon tumor.
