弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)外周抗凝血异常高凝1例
摘要
弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B cell lymphoma，DLBCL）是成人淋巴瘤中较常见的一种类型，其在临床表现、组织形态和预后等方面具有较大的异质性。DLBCL患者的诊断、预后评估等相关实验室检查需抗凝外周血样，我们在临床工作中遇到DLBCL患者外周抗凝血样出现异常凝集，现报告其中1例典型病例并进行相关文献复习，以提高对该疾病的认识。
