摘要
分析了自动应答系统的工作原理,提出了一种改进的信息检索算法。并据此设计了一个基于FAQ(Frequently-Asked Questions)的自动应答系统。当用户以自然语言形式提出问题后,系统首先在FAQ的问题库中查找与用户所提问题语义最相近语句作为候选问题,然后从FAQ的答案库中找出与候选问题匹配的答案作为最后的结果返回给用户。实验结果表明,系统对用户的自助服务效果显著,回答问题的正确率达到0.40。
This paper analyzes the working principle of automatic answering information retrieval algorithm. And then, design an automatic answering system Asked Question). When the user ask questions in the form of natural language system, and proposes an improved based on the FAQ (Frequently,The system Find the most similar sentence in the problems mentioned by user on the semantic As the candidate of the problem in the FAQ at first, then find the candidate matching answers to problems as the final result is returned to the user in the FAQ. The experimental results show that. the svstem of user self service effect, to answer a question correctly rate reached O. 40.
