中国高校人文社科投入要素的贡献研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据教育部人文社科网2007—2008年高校投入产出数据,采用TOPSIS对高校人文社科成果进行评价,重点采用分位数回归研究课题科研经费、非课题科研经费、科研人员全时当量对科技产出的贡献。研究结果表明:科研人员的贡献最大,课题科研经费的贡献次之,非课题科研经费的贡献最小。随着高校科研产出的增加,课题经费的弹性系数总体是降低的。低产出水平高校科研产出与非课题经费投入无关。科研水平越高的高校,科研人员全时当量的弹性系数越低。 According to the 2007 and 2008 input-output data of colleges and universities in the humanities social sciences website of Ministry of Education of PRC, this paper evaluates the scientific research achievements of humanities and social science of colleges and universities using TOPSIS,and researches the contribution to the output of science and technology of the project research funds,non-project research funds, and the full-time equivalent of the scientific research personnel adopting quantile regression. The results show that,the scientific research personnel contribute the most, the project research funds rank the second place, and the non-project research funds contribute the least. Along with the increase of the scientific research output of colleges and universities, the elastic coefficient of the project funds decreases overall. The scientific research output has nothing to do with the non-project research funds in the colleges and universities of low output level. In the colleges and universities of higher scientific research level,the elastic coefficient of full-time equivalent of the scientific research personnel is lower.
