摘要
分析当前形势和我院制剂人员的现状,探讨医院制剂人员面对取消"以药补医"后应对的方法,提出规范生产、保障质量、加强沟通、突出特色制剂、提升素质的主张。
Analyze the new situation and status of pharmacists in preparation department of our hospital, probe the methods, and put forward the suggestions of making producing standard, guaranteeing quality of medicine, strengthening the communication with doctors and patients, and improving quality of pharmacists.
