摘要
医院文化建设与人力资源管理相辅相成,相互促进。首先解释医院文化的定义及其与人力资源管理间的关系,而后从建设优秀文化的视角论述提高人力资源管理水平的途径、方法及意义。
Culture construction and Human resource management are related closely. Make clear at first the defini- tion of hospital culture and its relationship with human resource management, and then elaborate the ways, methods and sig- nificance of upgrading the quality of human resource management in the view point of excellent culture construction.
