摘要 目的分析上海市某公立医院卫生人才流失现状及原因,提出相应管理策略。方法通过人事信息管理系统导出近五年流失卫生人才的信息并作统计分析。结果医护人员是人才流失的主体,其中非编护士及中高级在编医生是主要流失对象。结论医院对不同类别的卫生人才,应针对环境、组织、个人等原因,采取相应管理策略,减少人才流失。 Objective To investigate present situation and causes of health brain drain in a public hospital of Shanghai and put forward management strategiesMethods Getting personnel data of health talents having resigned in recent five years from personnel management information system and making statistical analysis. Results Among the health talents having resigned, doctors and nurses were in the majority, especially informal nurses and formal doctors with higher title. Conclusion Public hospitals should carry out countermeasures for different health talents to minimize health brain drain caused by environmental, organizational and personal factors.
