临床护理路径在糖尿病健康教育中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将100例患者随机分成试验组和对照组各50例,试验组采用临床护理路径方法进行健康教育,对照组运用一般方法进行健康教育,患者出院时对其进行问卷调查。结果试验组患者健康知识的掌握情况,对护理服务满意率及用药的依从性均高于对照组(p<0.05,p<0.01)。结论应用CNP对糖尿病患者进行健康教育,可提高患者健康知识的掌握情况,护理服务的满意率及用药的依从性,保证护理质量,改善患者生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) on health education in patients with diabetes. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the experimental group using clinical nursing pathway for health education, the control group using the general method of health education, patients on the questionnaire survey. Results The experimental group patients' health knowledge, the satisfactory rate of care services and medication compliance were higher than those of control group (p 〈 0. 05, p 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The application of CNP in diabetic patients' health education may improve patients' health knowledge, nursing service satisfaction rate and medication compliance, and guarantee the quality of care, improved patients' quality of life.
