高岭土微球原位晶化合成L沸石与表征

In-situ synthesis and characterization of zeolite L from kaolin-microspheres

摘要 采用水热晶化法在高岭土微球上原位合成L沸石,考察相对结晶度和堆积密度的关系,通过XRD、IR、BET和SEM对合成产品的晶态结构进行表征和形貌观察。结果表明,合成样品的比表面积为171.38 m2.g-1,平均孔径为2.855 nm。相对结晶度为34%~54%时,堆积密度随着相对结晶度的升高由0.80 g.cm-3降至0.64 g.cm-3,合成L沸石晶粒为柱状,生长在高岭土微球表面。 Zeolite L was synthesized in-situ on kaolin microspheres by hydrothermal crystallization method. The relationship of relative crystallinity and bulk density was investigated. The as-prepared zeolite samples were characterized by XRD, IR, BET and SEM. The results showed that the surface area and average pore diameter of zeolite L wets 171.38 m2 · g^- 1 and 2. 855 nm, respectively, and the bulk density of zeolite L decreased from 0.80 g · cm -3 to 0.64 g · cm-3 with the increase of the relative crystallinity from 34% to 54%. The crystal phase of the as-prepared zeolite samples was column, and their grains grew on the surface of kaolin-microspheres.
