性别权力、意识冲突与妇女维权——基于赣南桔县妇联信访资料的分析

对赣南桔县妇联信访工作资料的内容进行分析可以发现,当前妇女群体尤其是农村妇女权益受损主要集中在婚姻家庭、劳动和社保权利以及人身权利上。面对权益受损,妇女们没有选择沉默,而是求助于妇联组织,这说明她们能够意识到社会性别权力的不平等并进行了抗争。但妇女们的抗争又是保守的,她们既没有充分意识到自己的权利,也没有打算彻底摆脱性别不平等的操控,而是在现代意识和传统的意识之间摇摆不定。这种内在的矛盾与冲突是由妇女自身素质以及社会文化制度共同造成的。

Through the consolidation of women＇ s federation complaint reporting handling material of Ju county m Jiangxi, on the basis of combining gender theory analyzing women＇ s rights and how they fight for rights, the author discusses the gender norms and the reproduction of the gender consciousness in villages, and points out that the traditional feminine consciousness and modem consciousness intertexture conflict, try to analyze the reasons of women double consciousness contradictions, and puts forward some rational suggestions on how to deal with these problems in womeng rights protection.
