"受虐妇女综合症"理论在国内外司法实践中均有了长足的发展。我国法官在司法实践中,应考量受虐妇女杀夫的社会成因和现实处境、受虐妇女杀夫的心理状态、被害人的过错、受虐妇女是否有自首情节、受虐妇女的主观恶性和社会危害性、典型既有判决对案件的借鉴价值及社会性别视角等因素。
