我国食品安全治理,不能一步一趋,要超前治理。在科学预测食品发展趋势的基础上,通过风险评估,重点、难点分析,制定出切实可行的预防性治理方案。采用现代化的监管手段,前瞻的管理理念,在确保食品安全的前提下,努力促进食品产业的繁荣发展。
The safety of food production in China should be dealt with on the basis of scientifically predicting the developing trend, evaluating the risks, analyzing the difficulties, adopting modern monitoring and foresighted managing methods to improve the prosperity of China＇s food industry.
