摘要
2011年4月对广东新华农场抗寒前哨点的120份1981’IRRDB野生橡胶种质寒害调查结果:参试种质中有42份种质寒害级别低于对照,表现出较强的对低温的忍耐力,说明参试野生种质群体中存在大量的耐寒基因,其中大多来至Rodonia地区野生种质,可作为橡胶树抗寒种质选择的优质、高效群体。
Investigation on cold damage of 1981 'IRRDB wild Hevea accessions was carried out at Xinhua Outpost Station in April, 2011. Of 120 tested accessions, 42 have performed much better than control in cold resistance ability. It shows there are some chilling tolerance gene among the wild germplasm of which mostly came from Rodonia, it could be a valuable for cold resistance. These materials will greatly enlarge the gene resource for cold resistance in China and it also provide certain valu- able materials for breeding of cold resistant and high yielding clone of Hevea brasiliensis.
