政治理论教员职业压力的情绪反应与积极应对

摘要 通过调查和访谈发现,政治理论教员承担着来自教学、科研、成长进步等各个方面的压力,过度的职业压力会引起消极的情绪反应,从而影响教员的教学效果、身心健康以及职业倦怠等一系列问题。政治理论教员应有效管理情绪和寻求社会支持来应对职业压力带来的情绪反应。 Through the investigations and interviews, it is found that teachers of political theory have to shoulder various stresses from teaching, research, career development and so on. Excessive occupational stress will lead to passive emotional reactions, affect teachers' career performance and health, and cause a series of problems like job burnout. This paper points out that teachers of political theory should deal with their emotional reactions resulting from occupational stress through effective emotional management and public support.
