针对军队院校的使命任务和特点,对教书育人和培养人才的关系进行了分析,并论述了"教书"与"育人"的内在联系和发挥教书育人效果的基本途径,认为"教书育人"是任何课程教学过程中始终必须遵循的基本原则,教员的师德修养、课程的思想内涵、教学的严密组织、纯洁的师生感情等是教书育人、培养高素质人才的重要基础。

This analysis shows that it is a basic principle which is must be followed in any teaching process that imparting knowledge and educating people should be combined, and some important elements,such as teachersr virtue and cultivation, connotation of a course, strict organization and implementation of teaching, pure feelings of teachers and students, and so on, form the significant foundation of the cultivating high-quality talents.
