摘要 在Gleeble-1 500D热模拟机上进行了光滑圆棒的拉伸试验,温度区间:900℃~1 250℃,间隔50℃,应变速率分别为:1 s-1,0.5 s-1,0.05 s-1,0.005 s-1,得到了不同温度和应变速率下316LN钢的真应力-应变曲线和断面收缩率,通过对实验数据分析及对断口金相观察,得到了温度和应变速率对316LN钢高温性能的影响规律:在给定的范围内,随着温度的升高,316LN钢的抗拉强度越来越小,而随着应变速率的增大,316LN钢抗拉强度越来越大;随着温度和应变速率的增加,316LN钢的塑性越来越好。 Tensile tests of smooth round bar were conducted on Gleeble-1 500 D thermal-simulator. The temperature range is 900 ℃ -1 250 ℃ and the interval is 50 ℃. The strain rate is 1 s1 ,0.5 s1 ,0.05 sl and 0.005 s1 ,respec- tively. The true stress-strain curves,elongation and the section reduction rate of 316LN steel at different tempera- tures and with different strain rates were obtained. The influencing laws of temperature and strain rate on the high- temperature performance of 316LN steel were obtained by analyzing experimental data and observing the micro- structure of fracture, the tensile strength of 316LN steel was getting smaller and smaller with the increasing temper- ature within a given range. The tensile strength of 316LN steel is getting bigger and bigger with the increasing strain rate. The plasticity of 316LN steel is getting better and better with the increasing temperature and strain rate.
