摘要
TRIP合金钢不仅具有高强度,而且还有高断后伸长率,尤其是以低廉的价格,优良的高速力学性能和疲劳性能而受到现代汽车制造业的青睐。文章阐述了TRIP效应的机理及影响因素,综述了C、Mn、Al、Si及其他(P、B、Cu、Ni、Nb、Mo)等合金元素对TRIP效应的影响。最后对TRIP合金钢的今后的研究趋势进行了展望。
TRIP steel is favored by modem automobile industry for its high strength, high elongation, especially its low price, excellent high-speed mechanical and fatigue properties. The paper introduced the mechanism of TRIP effect and its influencing factors, discussed the influences of C .Mn.A1.Si and other elements (P.B,Cu,Ni,Nb,Mo) on the TRIP effect, and finally prospected the research trends of TRIP steel in the future.
