Manchu ballad is an oral artistic works, which is created by Manchu people, revised and re- fined in labor and practice. Manchu ballad has been handed down through Manchu generations with wide range of subjects and plain styles. It contains very rich contents, national and regional characteristis and strong life at- mosphere. Manchu ballad represents the true nature of production and life of Manchu people.
