离子色谱阀切换法测定己二酸中痕量阴离子

摘要 摘要建立了离子色谱阀切换测定己二酸中痕量阴离子的方法。使用SH-021离子排斥柱将待测痕量阴离子C1-、NO3-、SO4^2-分离出来，再将分离出来的离子通过SH-011浓缩柱进行浓缩富集，最后通过阀切换将浓缩柱中阴离子使用Na2CO3（2．0mmol／L）带人SH-015离子分离柱中分离后分析。方法灵敏度高，重现性好，回收率在87．5％-112．6％，适用于高纯度试剂中痕量阴离子检测。
