摘要
以现今汽车悬架发展中具有代表性的3种悬架——拖拽臂式、双横臂式和多连杆式悬架为研究对象,通过Pro/E和ADAMS/Car联合建立多刚体动力学模型进行仿真。对比分析了3种悬架的操纵稳定性、安全性和经济性,并对3种悬架进行部分机械性能理论分析,指出了各种悬架适于应用的环境,为设计者设计和消费者选购提供理论参考和建议。
At first the multi-rigid body dynamic model of three representative suspension automobile suspension as follows: trailing arm type, double wishbone arm type and multi-link suspension are built in Pro/E and ADAMS/Car. Then kinematics simulation analysis is carried out refer to the comparative analysis of the three suspension's control stability, safety and economy. And pointed out all sorts of suspension suitable for application of the environment, and provide the theoretical references and suggestions for the designers and consumers.
