摘要
轨道交通电动客车故障训练器是培训司机应对突发险情及车辆故障的不可替代的手段,在铁路提速、安全事故频发的大背景下更凸显其重要性。该文提出了系统、全面的轨道交通电动客车故障训练器的设计方案,讨论了故障训练器的关键技术,提出采用地理信息系统技术来实现故障地点及类型的可视化表示,采用脚本技术实现用户定制故障及采用基于多视角的多媒体BOM技术实现虚拟设备的故障解除等。在此基础上进一步完成了完整的、平台化的故障训练器的设计,目前已运用于多条城轨及铁路的培训。
Fault training simulator of rail transport passenger vehicle is an irreplaceable method for drivers to tackle with emergencies and vehicle faults. Under the circumstances of train speed-increasing and frequently traffic- accidents, it shows extremely importance. A systemic and overall design method of fault training simulator of rail transport passenger vehicle is fully introduced. Key techniques of fault training simulator are discussed, including geographical information system that is used to realize location and sort of each fault and its visualization, script technique that is used to realize customization and fault expansion, multimedia BOM technique based on multi-angle that is used to realize trouble shooting on virtual equipment, etc. Based on those techniques above, a complete and advanced design of fault training simulator has been fulfiled and put into practice in many urban mass transit and railway.
