摘要
电能质量问题严重影响电力系统的安全稳定性和经济性。传统的电能质量监测手段存在明显的局限性。针对电能质量重要性的日益突出,提出了一种基于DSP和AR.M的系统。根据系统的特点,应用简化的TCP/IP协议,利用DSP强大的数据处理能力和高速A/D转换器,可以满足电能质量监测对实时性的要求。利用ARM作为上位机,构成了基于以太网的网络化电能质量监测系统。采用加矩形窗FFT插值算法,仿真计算结果表明,采用该方法得到的幅值和频率都具有较高的计算精度。
The problem of power quality severely impact on system stability and economy. The obvious deficiencies exit in the traditional power quality monitoring system. To the increasingly power quality system, a system based on DSP and ARM is given in this paper. According to the characteristic of system , applying simplified TCP/IP protocol, making use of DSP powerful data processing Capacity and high-speed A/D converter the system meets the power monitoring requirements of high real-time performance. And it constitutes an ethernet-based network of power quality monitoring syst,em the use of ARM as a PC. For rectangular window FFT interpolation algorithm, simulation results show that the amplitude and frequency have a high level of accuracy using this method.
