摘要
对HSE OTI 95 635-Full Ring Test,NACE TM0284和NACE TM0177三个标准的试验方法进行了比较,根据HSE OTI 95 635试验标准对X60油气输送管道进行了管段抗H2S腐蚀试验,并将其试验结果与NACE TM0284和NACE TM0177标准的试验结果进行了对比分析,比较了不同试验方法的异同。对比发现,按照HSE OTI 95 635标准进行的试验保留了制管过程中产生的残余应力,试样内表面单面接触试验溶液,有易于实现超声波等监测设备的实时监测,使试验条件更加接近输送管线的实际服役状况;NACE TM0284和NACE TM0177的试验中没有残余应力,NACE TM0284标准的试验条件最为苛刻,比实际的油气管道腐蚀环境要恶劣。在生产检验中应根据不同的要求选择合理的试验方法。
The test methods in standards of HSE OTI 95 635-Full Ring Test, NACE TM0284 and NACE TM0177 were compared. The H2S corrosion resistance test for X60 oil and gas transportation pipe section was conducted according to test standard of HSE OTI 95 635, the result was compared with those in NACE TM0284 and NACE TMO177. The result showed that the residual stress in pipe manufacturing course was retained in accordance with HSE OTI 95 635, one side of specimen internal surface is touched with test solution, it is beneficial to realize real-time monitoring for ultrasonic amt other monitoring equipment, which make test conditions is closer to actual service conditions of transportation pipeline; there is no residual stress in NACE TM0284 and NACE TM0177 tests, and the test condition in NACE TM0284 standard is the most strict , which is worse than that of actual corrosion environment. In production, it should select reasonable test methods according to different requirement.
