摘要
根据华中世纪星数控系统及固定循环指令,将矩形槽的粗、精加工程序编制成固定循环指令。用户在加工过程中可以直接调用该指令,在一定程度上提高了程序编制的准确性及生产效率。
Based on characteristics of Huazhong Century Star HNC-22M numerical control system and canned cycle command, roughing and finishing machining program of rectangular trough was developed into canned cycle command. User can call the command in processing. As s result, the accuracy of program and the efficiency of producing can be improved to some extent.
