三坐标测量机在压力释放盘曲面反求上的应用研究

摘要 以压力释放盘曲线为例,论述了三坐标测量机在复杂曲面反求上的应用,并介绍了逆向产品的检验方法。把重建的曲面模型导入三坐标测量机的应用软件,将三坐标测量机测得的点阵数据处理后生成三维实体及加工程序,然后将程序传到数控设备上进行产品加工。 Taking the curve of pressure relief disc as an example, reverse engineering application on complex surface of three co- ordinates measuring machine (CMM) was discussed, and the testing method of reversing engineering products introduced. While im- porting the reconstructed surface model for the CMM application software, the dot matrix data would be measured and processed to gen- erate three-dimension entity and machining program. Then the completed program can be transmitted to numerical control equipment to get end-products.
