高低温条件下高速液压缸速度仿真研究

摘要 分析某高速液压系统原理,建立其运动模型,在此基础上通过MATLAB仿真,分析蓄能器在高低温(-30~70℃)条件下不同充气压力对液压缸运动速度的影响,并应用能量守恒方程进一步分析高低温条件下不同充气压力下的能量关系,得出了满足全温度范围速度要求的最佳蓄能器的充气压力。 The principle of high speed hydraulic system was analyzed. Its motion model was established. On this basis using MATLAB simulation, the influences of different charge pressures of the accumulator on the cylinder speed under high and low tempera- tures ( - 30 - 70 ℃ ) were analyzed. Then applying energy conservation equation, the energy relationship between high and low tem- peratures and different charge pressures were analyzed. The optimal accumulator charging pressure meeting the full temperature range speed requirements was gotten.
