摘要
预选阀应用于重型汽车的气路控制系统和大型客车的换挡装置,其质量直接影响重型汽车的正常行驶。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对预选阀阀体进行有限元分析,从而对阀体尺寸和结构进行优化。将ANSYS Workbench软件的CAE功能与Solidworks软件的CAD功能结合在一起,使Solidworks建模所得的实体模型可直接用于有限元分析,提高了产品设计质量、缩短了设计与分析时间,节约了设计成本。
The pre-valve gas was used for heavy vehicles and large passenger pneumatic control system shift device, and the nor- mal driving of heavy vehicles was directly affected by its quality. By using of ANSYS Workbench software on the pre-valve body finite element analysis, thus the body size and structure were optimized. By combining ANSYS Workbench software CAE capabilities and Solidworks software CAD function together, a solid model was made from Solidworks modeling, which could be used directly in finite element analysis. The product design quality is improved, the design and analysis time are shorten, and design cost is saved.
